I told my parents what a hispter was and showed them some pictures.  Now they are going through their closets, pulling out old retro  things like straw fedoras and thick rimmed glasses and putting them on me, saying, "see? I could be a hipster!"  :) I'm just kind of wondering if hispters identify themselves as hipsters.  If they recognize the good and bad associations with being a hipster, and either embrace it or deny it.

I am pretty much convinced I need a new lens, because I consistently find that I am unsatisfied with the sharpness of my pictures.  :( So, which to get?  I'm leaning toward either the Pentax 100mm WR macro, (that lens is beautiful)  or the Sigma 28-70 (a little more practical, but not a whole lot of trusty reviews to accompany it.)  Unfortunately, the sigma wouldn't satisfy my macro desires, unless I got some more accessories of course.  Plus my thriftiness is also in the way :/   blug.
